The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bacolod Water District representing the business sector. She is an AB Theology studied at Anchor Bay College of Theological Studies. She became a member of the BOD since January 1, 2003 and elected as Chairman of the Board last January 2013. She was again reappointed by the Municipal Mayor Joselito Miquiabas and will serve effective January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020.

Engr. Noel L. Resabal
The General Manager of Bacolod Water District. He is an Engineer by profession. He studied at Cebu Institute of Technology taking up Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He took and passed the Board of Assistant Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination. He appointed as the General Manager of BWD last June 13, 1996. In order to attain the objective, mission and vision of BWD, as a General Manager he implements all policies, rules and regulations formulated by the Board of Directors deemed necessary to carry out efficiently and effectively the trust of water service to the community.
