3 Pay to the Bill Collector Process payment and issue official receipt 2 minutes Customer Service Assistant E (Bill Collector)   Bill of Materials Form / Computerized Loose-leaf official receipt
4 Submit Official Receipt to the Storekeeper Prepare materials needed for the service request 15 minutes Storekeeper   Store Requisition Slip
5 Wait for the scheduled time the WMMC attend the request within the day or a day after the request. Fix the service request within the day or a day after the request. 1 hour Water Maintenance Man C   Maintenance Order Form
